Computerless Web Marketing Management (beta)

Do you or someone you know or work with need a website, e-mail, and a web marketing program, but either hate or choose not to use a computer?

BrighterSite has you covered. We now offer Computerless Web Marketing Management for people who want to be in the game, but don't want to mess with using a computer. Here's how it works:

We set up your website for you: Using our online tools and templated web solutions, we help design and write your BrighterSite website with your own custom URL (www.mycompany.com). We send you designs in the mail, fax, or in person for you to review. Once it is to your liking, we post online and you are officially web enabled. If you need to make changes, simply call your representative and we update the site for you.

We receive and answer your e-mail! We'll collect your business e-mail for you. For simple requests (e.g., what are your hours, can I get directions) we answer the inquiry directly from pre-determined answers. For "hot" and important requests (I need to buy now!) we call you with the customer call back information. For less time-sensitive requests, we'll print them out and drop them in the mail to you on a weekly basis.

We run your online marketing and referral program: As you collect e-mail addresses from your customers (if you wish), we enter them into your contact database and send campaigns, reminders, and other e-marketing campaigns both on your bequest and through standard business campaigns. We'll also collect e-mail addresses for you online. As online referral requests come in, we will call or mail them to you to follow up.

The basic fee is $99/month. Some additional fees may apply for URL changes, large uploads, and potentially service upgrade fees if e-mail response volumes or other activity becomes beyond the standard workload. Any additional fees will be presented to you for approval by your dedicated agent prior to their application.
