Health Education Reimagined
Helping a new women’s health consultancy communicate the full scope of its expertise, build trust with prospective clients and make starting a conversation straightforward.
The Brief
Health Education Reimagined (HER) helps employers, educators and care providers turn women’s health awareness into practical support. As Kate prepared to launch the business, she needed a website that introduced this work, communicated her expertise and helped prospective clients understand where HER could fit within their organisation.
That meant bringing consultancy, tailored education and ongoing guidance together in a way that felt clear and approachable. Alongside HER’s new branding, the website needed to convey the personal nature of working with Kate, giving visitors an understanding of both the support available and the person delivering it.

The Opportunity
During planning, Kate developed HER’s positioning from a predominantly workshop-led offer into a wider consultancy service. Workshops remained important, alongside policy review, practical advice and ongoing support. The website needed to communicate that breadth while helping visitors understand how it related to their organisation.
This meant connecting HER’s services with the needs of employers, educators and care providers, and showing what working with Kate could involve. Visitors needed enough context to begin a conversation, even if they were unsure which support to ask for.
The website needed to help visitors:
- Recognise support relevant to their organisation.
- Understand how workshops fit within the wider consultancy offer.
- Build confidence in Kate’s experience and approach.
- Discuss their needs without choosing a service first.

The Foundation
We organised the website around how prospective clients would get to know HER. Audience sections help visitors recognise their own setting, while the four areas of support bring the broader consultancy offer together.
A five-stage process explains how Kate works, from listening and identifying needs through to implementation and sustained support. Her profile complements this by connecting her lived experience with her professional background, helping visitors understand the person and expertise behind the consultancy.
FAQs address practical questions, and the workshop brochure offers more detail for those exploring education options. Enquiry prompts invite organisations to discuss their needs without having to select a service first.

The Evolution
HER launched with its broader consultancy positioning already reflected in the website. As Kate develops more workshop material, photography and client feedback, its reusable sections provide a practical way to introduce that content and give prospective clients a fuller picture of HER’s work.
The newsletter sign-up also gives interested visitors a way to stay connected as the business develops. With analytics and search monitoring set up, future improvements can draw on emerging evidence about how people find and use the website.
